Bring 1 quart or 1 liter of water to a boil.  Add contents to the water and cover.  Remove from heat and let steep for 4-8 hours.  Combine steeped tea with herbs in it with additional quart of regular purified water into a pitcher.  Do not remove tea ball. Refrigerate.

Recommended use. Drink one 8 oz glass with lunch or 4 oz cup with dinner, warm or cold.

After drinking the pitcher of tea, save the herbs in the tea ball by drying them and simply adding to any foods, soups, sauces, stews or salads.  

Do not use if you are pregnant or a nursing mother.
