So How Can I Get Started?

Sessions are offered in 30 and 60-minute increment
- When you arrive for your appointment, try to come 5 or 10 minutes early for preparation
- Reiki is very non-invasive so you will only need to remove your shoes & uncomfortable or restricting clothing before you lie on the massage table.

Once we begin all you have to do is relax. Hands will be placed in various positions lightly on or above you.
- Everyone's Reiki experience is different, but most people typically feel warmth or tingling sensations during a session.
- I will be happy to speak with you about your experience once the session has started.
