Reiki is a means of relaxation and stress reduction through gentle touch therapy.  It is a powerful tool for optimal health, personal growth and transformation.  Reiki can be easily learned by everyone.  No previous experience is necessary.  In this course you'll be taught the history of Reiki, hand positions, and receive the gift of Reiki through a process called an Attunement. You'll begin to use this hands on method for healing yourself or others immediately.  Practice time and instruction will follow.  Manual and certificate included.
